It’s known for its large beauty clinics and skincare stores, making it a hotspot for K-beauty enthusiasts. The area is always crowded, especially with tourists, and offers a wide range of food options, including street markets selling popular snacks. One of the highlights of Myeongdong is the beautiful Myeongdong Cathedral, a peaceful spot in the midst of all the chaos. Myeongdong is the place to go if you want to experience shopping on a grand scale, especially for beauty products and fashion.

 

6. Iksadong

Iksadong is an area where you can find a mix of traditional and modern elements. The streets are filled with cafés, fusion restaurants, and little boutiques offering unique items. It’s a bit tricky to navigate at first, as the alleyways can be like a maze, but once you find your way, there’s no going back. If you're looking for a more relaxed and creative spot, this is the place to be.

 

7. Hongdae

Hongdae is one of the best spots in Seoul to experience the youth-driven energy and creativity that the city is known for.
